VILLA DESIGN
Located with sea views, the three single-family residences are characterized by volumetrics adorned with organic forms, favouring curved walls and assuming a cohesive and prominent ensemble. Comprising three floors, one of them being a basement, they feature spacious areas for the living room and kitchen, coupled with outdoor terraces supported by pergola-shaded zones. The four bedrooms include private sanitary facilities and mostly have access to the outdoor terraces, both on the ground floor and the first floor. Communication between floors can be facilitated by the use of an elevator, thus enhancing interior circulation, and patios are present elements that articulate with interior spaces, manifesting in inspiring environments accompanied by landscaped areas. Here, large openings oriented towards the sea are also presented.
The residences share similar characteristics, such as a desire for privatization when viewed from the access road, which leads to a gradual discovery of the built volumes as one progresses through them, with enclosed facades facing north and more exposed facades facing sunny quadrants, encouraging outdoor living, where the pools and communal leisure areas are located.
The materials composing the facades stand out for finishes resembling exposed concrete and some accents in wooden panels.
