This single-family residence is an extension of a traditional home. The client's desire for a spacious, high-ceilinged dwelling that captures the essence of summer sunsets was the driving force behind the design process. With a large family requiring multiple bedrooms and a welcoming social area, the design had to comply with existing regulations while meeting the practical needs of its occupants.
