The conception of this single-family villa's design was guided by the client's desire for a residence characterized by a horizontal aesthetic, expansive in its presence on the plot. This vision was realized through the addition of supplementary pergolas along all three sun-facing facades. Functionality was paramount in the program, with the social nucleus strategically positioned at the entrance, facilitating seamless access to both private quarters and outdoor social spaces. Nestled within the southern quadrant, the pool basks in the dappled shade cast by the majestic existing pine trees.
